The Art of Maturation & Flavor Profile
Meticulously nurtured by the Master Distiller, this 25-year-old single malt undergoes a complex aging process. It is matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, before being split between rare hand-selected Palomino Fino sherry butts and 1980s First-Fill Bourbon casks. The final marry takes place in Tawny Port pipes from the Douro region, creating a symphony of sophisticated flavors.
